Anxiety

A lot of people can relate to the feeling of anxiety but sometimes it can feel so big it starts to get in the way of the life you want to live. Being in survival mode or “flight, fight, or freeze” can take a big toll on your body and your relationships. Do you feel:

  • tired

  • irritable

  • like you’re worrying a lot or have feelings of dread

  • limiting your life to avoid the feelings altogether

Sometimes anxiety is tied to one specific thing but often it is more generalized. It can feel free floating and ever present. It’s a way of coping that isn’t serving you anymore. You deserve to feel more grounded and in control of your life and I can help you learn the tools you need to help you regain control of your feelings.

Depression

If you are experiencing depression the idea of change and therapy can feel particularly overwhelming. While everyone’s experience of it can be different, people often describe:

  • Feeling like you have no energy

  • not finding joy in things anymore

  • finding yourself feeling numb

  • Trouble sleeping

  • Low sense of self worth

Sometimes you can make sense of it or these feelings can come out of nowhere. We can work together so you can find the motivation and reconnect with the joy so that you can live the life you want. I can provide a safe space to explore your emotions, identify underlying issues, and develop coping strategies. Whether you're experiencing mild symptoms or are struggling with more severe challenges, I can offer you support tailored to your needs. You are not alone, and help is available.

Therapy can help!

By getting to know you, your history and your struggles I can help you find the tools to overcome your anxiety and depression. Together we will discover who you are separate from the things you have been struggling with. It may feel like an impossible goal but you can do it and I can help.
