Grief
If you have lost someone, whether it was long ago or recently, grief is something that everyone goes through but can feel so lonely. While there is no one way or one experience of grief, people often experience:
anxiety
brain fog
difficulty sleeping
anger/irritability
withdrawing from people, places, and things
and so many other things.
You may also be grieving something less tangible: a job, divorce, or a version of yourself lost in the past. The goal of grief therapy is not to convince you to get over your loss but to help you learn to walk with it. Our time together will be a safe space where you don’t have be anything but yourself. You deserve a place where you feel less alone and better able to cope.
